Within a portal that touches both the spiritual and physical realites, Hine-rangi-ora begins her work. The mauri (life force) of all who once slept are slowly and carefully woven back together as one living whenua (land).
This piece is a continuation of the story of Te Metamorphosis of Hine and reflect the start of what has been one of the biggest growing phases of my life culminating in a time line jump and an entire new reality. Hine-rangi-ora is an inner me. The knitter, the Weaver, the Maker of things. But most of all THE HEALER.
She does not shy away from her immense task of healing a psyche but focuses on one by one, knitting the mauri back together with itself and the whenua that surrounds it.
